you are hosting the videos on a completely different service that pays you for views. its their legal issue, not yours. put a disclaimer stating that you don't host any files on your site or servers.
If you really want to cover your but, just get offshore hosting that ignores DMCA, even though you don't actually host the files.
Want to make mad money?
Host files yourself, upload the same files to a video share affiliate also. Provide your viewers 2 options, watch with ads (through the affiliate that pays per view) or to join your membership club and watch them ad free. WIth a WP membership plugin that is free you can simply have a members section that they can watch anything (or download it) by paying you a monthly fee or a one time fee.
This gets a little sketchy since you have to accept payments directly (not affiliate) for copyright material watching, but if you keep it offshore and use smart pay methods (stripe ect...) then it can work out very profitable.
