Disputing a $45 transaction with Ranki_SEO (Paid Nov 18). This was a total failure to deliver a functional Google Cloud Account due to negligence, misuse of funds, and hostile conduct.

Delivery took 36 hours despite a promised 1-6 hour window. The seller admitted depositing my payment into a 3rd-party "bot" before securing the product (Nov 19, 13:39:34: "Yes i have your money. But i deposit on my Bot"). When he finally delivered, he sent 2 consecutive accounts with suspended billing. He admitted to negligence, stating he acts as a middleman who doesn't check stock (Nov 20, 10:41:02: "I sent it to you directly without checking it myself...").

Crucially, when I complained about the defects, the seller resorted to physical intimidation (Nov 20, 10:38:38: "If you have any problems, I will go to your house and show you the problem.").

The seller now admits they "already spent the money" (Nov 20, 17:10:53) and cannot refund immediately. They then attempted to hold the refund hostage to block this dispute (Nov 20, 20:13:17: "You wait 24 hours without opening a dispute and I will refund your money.").

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I tried resolving this for three days (Nov 18-20). During the 36-hour delay, I asked for a refund. He refused, saying the money was stuck in his "bot". Both accounts he eventually sent were broken (reported Nov 20, 09:55:20 and 10:35:39). I demanded a final refund. He stalled, admitted he spent the money, begged for 48 more hours, and tried to make the refund conditional on me not filing this dispute.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

Also, regarding the refund amount: I requested the funds be returned to SOL address HDGow4NJrubeAqcHLvvL5kq7q5h6UFj4M621ytrEEmy5 . I noted that although the 0.32 SOL I sent was worth $45 at the time, the value has since dropped. To be reasonable, I will accept the return of the exact same 0.32 SOL amount (now worth approx. $40) to resolve this dispute immediately.

No, why should I leave here? I came to the marketplace to do business. I didn't come to leave here. Yes, I know it's not a lot of money, but I don't have the money right now, so I can't give it to you in a timely manner. I paid for a working account. You failed to deliver it. That loss is 100% on you as the business owner, not the customer. I expect the full refund. You have been given more than enough time. This has been dragging on for over 72 hours in this thread alone, and almost a week in total. Stop haggling and pay the full balance.

@Ranki_SEO Stop lying to the Moderator. Your claims are demonstrably false based on the chat logs.

1. "Used for a while" is a Lie. Look at the timestamps in the attached screenshots:

  • 11:34: I successfully logged in.
  • 11:35: I sent you the screenshot of the immediate "Suspicious Activity Detected" banner. That is one minute. I did not "use" anything. The product was dead on arrival.
2. You explicitly agreed to a FULL refund. Refer to the attached screenshot where you stated verbatim:

"brother, account fully verified and you can use the credit. if you can't i refund your money"
You did not condition this on "minus my production costs." You guaranteed a working billing account or a refund.

3. We are done negotiating. You failed to deliver. You admitted I couldn't use the credits. You promised a refund. We already agreed on the remaining balance ($30). You missed the deadline.
