Top Domains With Most Deletion Requests Submitted to Google

Google releases data on requests for deletion from its search results. According to the search giant, in 2016 most requests for deletion for copy right infringements were targeted towards content spread by 4shared.com.

It doesn’t mean that each request is also followed up upon by Google - URLs won’t be automatically deleted from its search results, once a request has been issued. Neither does it mean the content then is necessarily deleted on the respective site.

All file sharing sites would be on top, then comes the article sites. As i had run a pretty famous article site during 2009-2012 and i used to get at least 4-5 deletion request every day.
