The external version of Google Keyword Tool will stop working soon.
But it will be available in Adword Keyword planner, as per the quoted article. Just saying...
Plus, I would also add Website Auditor to the list.
It's good for running a quick SEO check of a site (its content and structure). There is a free version too.

I like to use http://checkyourspintax.com/ to check my spintax for errors.
I also like to use http://webheadtools.com to track my PR on client sites.
