Yes, Strongly agree with you @amit135. I also used all of them in my projects. These all are lightweight and user-friendly to make websites.

I used to use Astra but switched to Neve, much faster and easier to use.

Yes agreed but you can not ignore Generatepress and Divi. And Shoptimizer for faster e-commerce website.

I'll agree with Astra but the fact that GeneratePress & Divi aren't in here is just slight of a catastrophe. Understrap, Breakdance, and Blocksy are also noteworthy mentions.

Understrap, Breakdance, and Blocksy . Are theme light and fast loading themes like generatepress? I have experience personally with generatepress and its super fast.

For the most part, yes. You're looking for a themebuilder & a form builder (plus some other things) in one spot. Also, you're looking for something lightweight with a good loading score.
People often overlook things like image load time & size and website load speed.
