I haven't used them but they are favourite so far - bmd, sick submitter (budget tool), gsa, scrapebox!

Hell. Stay away, using 2-3 highly contextual links that you take the time and effort to create will do you lots more good. Post-Panda they are almost worthless.

What really get me is the SEO experts that fire up their SEN and let it run for a couple of hours, job done.You very much get what you pay for in SEO (unless it's an automated tool)
