You will have a long wait and hard fight on your hands if you want to rank for 'financial advice' organically.
I did a quick competition check for you
The youngest site in the top ten is 8 years old.
The PageRank of positions 1-5 is 5,5,6,5,6 respectively. (it will take time to build up this level of trust and quality of back-links)
But there is a glimmer of hope, surprisingly for such a competitive keyword, the on-site SEO for some of the top ten isn't up to scratch for that specific term, five of the top ten don't have the exact phrase 'Financial Advice' in the page title, description or <h1> tag.
In a niche like this, black-hat tactics can get you reported quickly too.

Hi! Thanks for pm. Yes other kw can work. I will look up some with the Google tool. I would need a guarantee for top ranking or money back.
And i would also need to pay as i see results. When the site rank on page 5 for example i pay 20%. Another 20% when on page 4 etc..
If you have other suggestions let me know.

Another idea is that if you can do it for a low cost we can share the profit from the site. I intend to give advice for longer term investors. How to avoid stock market crashes but still be in when it goes up.

No payment up front... Good luck finding someone. Who in their right mind is going to invest their own money to see your rank. Then what if you can them and get someone else, the SEO person would be screwed.

Why so much? Does not cost alot to build backlinks. You mean buying an old domain or something else?
I plan to sell annual forecasts of the stock market. And signals of buy/sell as well. Now soon in the coming weeks for example there is a high risk of a decline in the market. Many investors are not aware of that. If they were they could save ALOT.

Many freelancers here (me included) don't play 100% after-work-complete bill collector, precisely because of the issues identified above. Expending a lot of time and skill to produce the SEO components the OP wants to see before any payment, given Google's lack of good faith in keeping the rules the same, creates an unfair situation for the freelancer. At least partial payment upfront would level the playing field, with both parties having invested something. As an example of how much work may be involved to produce the SEO results the OP wants, look at one of the various "my journey" threads on BHW, like this one:
