Commercial intent trumps short keywords for driving up bid prices. Short keywords for more traffic, commercial intent for a big payday. The ones you shared are high on their own because of commercial intent.

That top 10 list in the OP is just the highest paying categories. There are higher paying keywords within those groups than the standalone, single word, category keyword

I.E. 'Insurance' pays high on it's own but 'Car insurance quotes Utah' pays more

Locksmith in my city is usually 10-30'bucks. But some long tails are less
