Tools out there that can pull a competitor's keywords???

A keyword tool is in my to do list I've made a youtube keyword tool (for a client) but I am thinking something better. Maybe something that will crap top 100 results from google (possible bing and yahoo as well), visit each url, grab the keywords and rank suggest the keywords based on the number of their occurances. Possibly an adwords feature as well..

Best source is on-page optimization of competitors.
SEMrush has 7 day period for trial/moneyback (?).
But,I find those data hardly accurate and just give rough indication of long tail keywords.

I use compete and spy web tools to check customer target keywords..If you use spy webstools, you even able to list all competitor backlink toward that keywords.

semrush as a first month $33 subscription. Find it on flippa. Run all yr reports and cancel after.

Why do you need tools to check the keywords, you can just scrape out the keywords from the source of the competitor's website.
ya i have to same question? why the OP need to buy software??? as i usually do the same thing as u mentioned and than for further keywords research i used google adwords keyword tools which gives me good idea about most useful keywords
