Tools - MajesticSEO vs. Raven vs. SemRush vs. aHrefs vs. ????

Which is the single best paid service for me these days? A couple years ago I used a friend's paid login for SemRush but he hasn't had it for at least a year...I loved that tool.

In order of importance, I'm looking for:
- Tracking my keywords, their rankings and their historic movement
- Tracking my external and internal links (and maybe their respective link values?)
- All the same for competitors
- list of suggested inbound links to scrub/disavow
- on-site suggestions, etc.

I'm fine with paying the monthly subscription fee after the first free trial, and I don't need to track a ton of sites as this will primarily be used for my dad's ecom business, a friend's site, and the site of a non-profit drug and alcohol rehab that I'm on the board of (and all their competitors).

I'm a big fan of ahrefs but they all have their positives and negatives, and have a look what they all provide and see what's best for you.
 
In my opinion semrush is great for tracking keywords / historical keyword data, and to compare competitors. I am not sure about their back link though. I used majestic seo for that, also if you want to do keyword research for future articles and find the best keywords to target I would recommend long tail pro. Best keyword research tool out there, you can also try a free trial.

But yeah I would probably say SemRush is the best tool for you. Maybe you could get a majestic seo subscription with that? Then you would have the whole package.
 
What is better Semrush or Ahrefs? I just ended my subscription with Majestic SEO. Majestic is good to check the TF/CF of your backlinks but I need to see fast indexed backlinks.
 
Both are different.
Semrush is mainly used for keywords (usually their list of links is same to that of moz ose)
Ahrefs is "only" a backlink checker (It's best in this niche)

You can try out Ahrefs and SEMRush.
 
What you need is Semrush and Ahrefs. However, Semrush is not as fast as rank trackers in updating ranking information, so if you need more accurate ranking reports, you'll have to purchase a rank tracker like serpfox.

There's a free tool on the homepage of quicksprout.com that does on-page SEO analysis and gives suggestions on how to improve your on-page SEO.
 
I also go through Ahrefs, they provide quality data, I use this for bad link remove service
 
You need different tools for each of those. To track rankings I like serpwoo or serpfox, both are good. I think serpfox is a bit cheaper though but it depends on how many domains and keywords you want to track.

Backlink checkers are either ahrefs or majestic, but I suggest ahrefs over majestic. It's just a better tool and the index is updated the most frequent of any checkers.

Disavow tools are not recommended as they often mis-categorize links.
 
These are all good tools but they cost an arm and a leg. So if you sign up for these plans they end up sucking a lot of money. I spend a decent amount of time researching competition for my own site, Helprace

I found that for backlinks the best resource is Alexa - their plan is cheap, only $9.99 a month...
 
All the tools have different specialties and referring all tools is best to check the single site to get the accurate result.. You have to move on with the different tools to check all you mentioned in OP... I do prefer all for some specific reasons..
