Tool To Submit To Contact Box

I know this can be done using scrapebox on wordpress sites, but is there another program that can find the contact form on any website and submit to it automatically?

I am looking into ZennoPoster or if is it possible to do with scrapebox itself.

if you have a hugh list of websites, trim them to the root domain, merge any contact form urls you know

etc..

and then you could check all these links with xenu if they are 404..

and after I have the list compiled, what do you think is the best way to fill in all the contact forms?
