Tool to check wordpress blog registration is disable or enable in bulk?

Is there any tool in which i put the wordpress blogs list and check the registration is allowed or not in bulk? And i can make backlink. Manual checking is very time consuming

u can write simple imacros script for same
also all registration urls are same ,u just need to append register php againstblog url and cross check
