For me

Checking number of backlinks : i will go with ahrefs,majestic and small tool seo

Checking Anchor text ratio : ahrefs or majestic

Checking PA and DA : open site explorer

Checking whole backlinks such PR,what those link(need to click one by one) : i will go to small seo tool

Trust and citation (still i dont know what is this and what benefits come from it) : majestic seo

Ahrefs is good to me.
