    Does such a tool exist?

I know of services such as copyscape, but these ones require you to manually copy/paste the text/docs and then it checks for you. My understanding is that there is really nothing automatic about it, correct?

I work with hundreds of domain names and websites (as I'm sure many of you do too!), and this manual check is such a giant time-waster.

Is there something available that you can sort of "set and forget" that will alert you to when your content has been copied on any given number of domain names that you own?

Since a site of mine was recently cloned in it's entirety and posted on a domain name that was likely hacked, and thus penalized by Google for having duplicate content...(before I even knew the site had been cloned). I am now seriously considering creating something like this if it hasn't already been done.

    Thanks!

Create random parsing bot that pulls a line off each page of your sites and checks it in quotations in google?
