I looking the tools can register auto post to Wordpress BuddyPress Sites, can Senuke and GSA Search Engine Ranker, ScrapBox do that?

GSA and SEnuke can, Scrapebox cannot.

Try Zennoposter. There's a trial period on it. I use it for everything and it's never let me down!

GSA is going to be your most cost-effective solution. Or ZP maybe, but GSA will work out of the box, whereas you will need to script ZP to post to them. You could also use SickSubmitter with a custom premium packet or you could use Licorne AIO. There's probably other software around that posts there too, but as mentioned already, scrapebox does not. However you can use Scrapebox to find buddypress URL's to feed the software.

xrumer.. also buddypress is full of textcaptchas and keycaptchas, so unless you have a large database of textcaptchas and have knows some keycaptcha solving services then youll have better success with buddypress.

Does anyone knows how do I configure GSA to create backlinks on a imported list only not try to scrape & create backlinks based on the keywords I add in there for a project?

You can also use Magic Submitter for this purpose.
