Tool For Facebook Likes

From where fiverr guys get these likes ? This is my question.

I'm working on an SEO tool specifically for Facebook. It's still in development and will not be released for at least another month or so. If you wish to get involved with suggestions or creative ideas please feel welcome. I'll be stopping by here regularly to read new submissions. Little background.. I'm a software engineer by trade and developer behind BattlePirates FB game hack, MMOPilot (a LOTRO game assistant), and a YouTube promoter tool (off line atm). All my projects are labour of love. Of course being interested in SEO I focus my efforts on that area.
