your visitor have to login to their own facebook to make the script work. you have to look carefully for a good facebook jacker script...
i paid for a cheap facebook jacker before, it show popup saying you have to login to facebook to like this page.. so its not really effective if you want to jack those likes silently.. well price matters

The thing with apps like this is that you can only build likes on Fanpages. You can build likes on pages outside of the FB website. So if you're wanting to build likes on your own website that has a FB comment plugin or something, then there aren't any out there... that I know of anyway.

If you have alot of facebook traffic, then using some apps you can get alot of likes.
