Is there a posibility Archive to not index the site or the owner to delete the site from Archive?

Probably just putting the domain into Google "example.com" is your best bet. If it was live a whois / domain scraper would probably pick it up. This is assuming you don't want to see it's content.

A domain scrapper like who.is, etc will surely must have indexed the domain.
Another strong bet is the archives.org
