I have added shoutbox (Shows recent comment).
I will try test showing people reacting to video. Also will soon add percentage meter.
Can be used for all.

But by this logic even any picture that has a voting aspect using reactions is not allowed.
Real problem here is still image video, if you can use a video as a background in your live stream, you will be fine.
