could be just tighter fraud checks or bank side issues? I'd double check with the bank first and maybe try a different payment method just to double check

No bro, we're fine and we use verified personal payment cards from a licensed country; we don't use any virtual or counterfeit payment cards.

No, there are no issues with the cards. Similar issues often occur when people purchase cards or card accounts from the same provider.
