Buyers do prefer PP, as it has options to cancel transactions, they feel more safe using it.
It is impossible to understand PP's decisions, they do not offer explanation. best thing is always keep your account under $100 and keep moving it out.

If you want to no one text any note on Paypal you should use shoppy platform. Create your product or service on shoppy then send the link to your customer. It works for me for 3 month. Also you can accept payments with crypto on shoppy.

But I don't think paypal accepts what I'm selling. Would it be a problem?

You'll receive payments through shoppy and the description of the product looks like 'untitled item'. So ı guess paypal can't know what you sell or how to sell.
