Today, paypal is limited my second account :(

Account info:
1- Created on my father's details.
2- I used a $3/m UK proxy from iplease io (they claim it's a virgin IP but I'm not sure).
3- I've bought a UK sim card and used it on my other phone.
4- Average transaction amount was $15.
5- No chargebacks.

It lasted for 68 days. Hopefully, I did withdraw my money before the limitation.

I thought the problem was about the descriptions (like "kryssluck from bhw, semrush account, moz account"). So I told my customers to leave descriptions blank but here we are again. 2 people forgot and wrote a description but I don't think that's the issue. How can they know that my services are against their tos?

I won't bother to contact support.

Do I have to open a new Paypal account every 2 months? Is there a secret way to make a stealth account solid?

Personally, I had to hard verify all my accounts through almost all the old members of my family which don't use PP, and now I'm working really fine.

In certain countries this is extremely important. Not sure if using some proxy to create and use your PayPal account through certain country which more relaxed norms could help the life of it. Anyway you may risk they asking at least for the bare minimum (a copy of the ID card), which will end you failing the verification and having it permanently closed (unless you can find a falsified ID for such country).

If they restrict you straight away, do this:

1. Open an account in a brand-new browser (download a portable from PortableApps.com)
2. Use that browser always for PP
3. Install a proxy extension in that browser (like Switchy Omega that works either on webkit based browsers or Firefox)
4. Set a proxy with a 4G residential proxy. Or you can simply share your own mobile phone connection and use a little Proxy server app in your phone (personally I always use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.serversultimate)

And stay like this minimum 1 year. This way you will take away the variable of having your IP/computer in their blacklist.
If you get restricted despite of this, but with documents requirements, give yours and justify the best you can

If you get restricted without document requirements, you may have some spy cams somewhere in your basement. Check for them

Did they ask those informations for your personal accounts or business accounts?

6 years with Paypal - Personal and Business not even one problem for now. Fingers crossed.

But I agree - Their service is terrible and the rates are too god damn high, but it is what it is.

I ordered a "virgin" ip specifically for paypal from iplease io. A new paypal account costs less than $10, I only need a new proxy + sim card. If there is a better proxy service for paypal I'd buy that.

It WAS a reality that many buyers of non-physical digital virtual products prefer to pay only using PayPal. Nowadays that is a MYTH : Nowadays many buyers of non-physical digital virtual products have ALREADY realized that most sellers do not accept PayPal, and buyers nowadays have no issues buying non-physical digital virtual products using crypto.

Choice is your's : run a free charity business & face losses or run a business for making profits.
And nowadays buyers of non-physical digital virtual products are open to paying using crypto. So, if you are selling non-physical digital virtual products, then dump PayPal and boldly accept crypto.

I didn't receive any chargebacks yet. As I told before, a new account costs me less than $10. I'll continue to open a new account. All of my customers are satisfied with my services, I don't think they would try to chargeback a $10 payment.

Well I'm only using my uk number to get the verification code. I'll try a rdp for this time. I'm connecting a bank account from uk, maybe that's why they don't ask for ID verification.

Paypal does these things. I kept calling and then I got this one. don't get to this one they ban you totally.

create more accounts. One account is just nothing with paypal. Remember, paypal is always a gamble!
