What happened? just one hour ago, the ranking had changed. my ranks Fell to 20th from the first page. and you?

Lost a couple of sites and also a couple rose sharply so looks like the Penguin update may have arrived.

My initial take, Google have themselves lost a lot of credibility with this one - you can have a website with regular, relevant content and you get marked down - put up a gimmicky "fiver" style youtube vid and Google luv ya! What's your first thoughts?

no, i have no official penguin link, only my guess. All my keywords, queries, before 10 page most queries have large fluctuations.

It was a penguin update, not panda. Nothing to do with content.

No changes my end, odd. I see everyone say this is penguin refresh, not panda - that's more to do with anchor text ratio and not so much on-page SEO, right

Something's going on definitely... Everything was good and consistent in the past few months, keywords ranking were slowly going up... And today all the keywords -20 and plus positions. What a heck?!
