To those offering license services

I’ve seen that on many websites, products like Windows, Office, Adobe, WordPress plugins, SEO tools, and more are being sold at unbelievably low prices.
And it’s not just Windows — they’re offering AI tools, graphic design software, plugins… pretty much everything.
And often cheaper than wholesale.


Here’s what I really want to ask:
Where are they sourcing such a wide range of products at such low prices?
Are there really massive wholesalers behind this? Is it some kind of closed system? Are they getting them from China? Are these shared or pooled licenses?


If anyone knows any sources, methods, suppliers, names of systems or even small hints — I’d really appreciate it.

Windows, office licenses are like company licenses. Worldpress, and seo tool licenses are agency licenses, licenses for 1000 sites, unlimited sites.
It's not one person buys these licenses but the person selling may have some of it, some from other sellers.
