To rank a video no boosting is required. My Experience

Hi All
After testing out 2 videos I can now surely say that there is pretty much no boosting required to any video to rank them.

I have tested 2 videos
Video 1 - For the keyword it has around 20,700,000 results on YT
Video 2 - For the keyword it has around 1,070,000 results on YT

Video 1 Published 2 Days Ago and is Page 2 Already ,no unlisted method,nothing.
Video 2 is now almost a month old and is on Page 1 for quite a lot of keywords with over million results on youtube for that

Now how did i get this ranking?

Well i was reluctant at first, but I pushed myself and did a Tutorial ( Facebook related) with Screen capture and made a HD video with my own voice over - (which i hate to hear back)

Both videos are about 3 mins or so and are HD.

So to sum up, Youtube is Smart and I just used it to my benefit by giving YT what it likes - Useful information that might help- Rest was done by YT



I wont be sharing the YT link sorry

Title changed -- But I do have proof in terms of my Video that are on YT,its just i dont want to share the video URl, atleast not to just about anyone.

you can upload a video...ok , youtube has a lot of parameters to show up... on first pages

if that you said is true, probably that tutorial of facebook you made was searched very much by a lot of people at last days, weeks, or a month... and your video was the ony 1 or in 3 of that subject...
so you just wrote trash here that we all already know it is possible if you write the right keywords and the righ MICRO niche video tutorial..

Did I Claim that this is UNIQUE and never been discovered before??
I know Youtube has of parameters, may be you know more. do you work at YT?

What I imply is that
If you make a unique video with voice over , that has got some information that helps, tutorial type or a video that solves a problem,it doesnt really require any boosting.

I am not against boosting, I do use it for other videos where the video is merely to get traffic to your LP.

I agree with you on this...everyone knows the rules have changed so stick to what you are doing but dont go the purchasing YT views route coz it's very risky instead use YT trueview ads.

the problem is if it's on page 2 or 3 then it's not going to get many visitors for videos.

1.5 years ago you could upload a video on nearly any subject and it would often be in the first 5 results with no promoting. Those were the good old days.

Totally agree! my video without boosting and any SEO's applied
but it ranked page #1 and PR5 after 1.5 year! Yes, it's not high competitive KWs, but it works finally (Medium kw). Thumbs up!!!

No Video - No Proof.
