Hey there
My thread have been passed it's pre check so as per instructions i have to deliver my top package within 72 hours that I already has started my work but i just want to know where can i deliver my service or working status.l

To answer your question, you misunderstood the pre-check notice. You only needed to confirm that you received the notice within 72 hours. You have until the end of your provided TAT to deliver a report. As for where to deliver it, either upload it as an attachment in your review thread (only you and the marketplace mods will ever see this) or use a third-party site like mediafire.
