I wonder what all could be the requirements to become a successful person.
I think i can workout on myself a little with your kind suggestions.

Thanks All !!

It is a too broad question to answer in a forum post I think so my best suggestion is to read a few books on the topic :)

I've read many things about success and thought a lot about this subject for the last 7 years. First you need to read a good classic book about success, not some new ebook, and you will learn what it takes to achieve it (I recommend Think and Grow Rich). Then you need to understand the psychological about becoming a successful person, such as your own self-image, which is subconscious, based on all your experiences (read Psycho-Cybernetics). I would also recommend learning something that will make you stay calm through the process, like mindfulness, meditation, exercise or read philosophy such as stoicism.

I have come up with my own short format of the guide to success:
  1. Set goals (must be clearly defined and you must repeat them every day)
  2. Remove distractions (cut off friends who don't support you, cancel the TV subscription, stop watching sports, stay single, don't start any projects that will distract you from your main goals. If you find yourself procrastinating, playing games and surfing the internet, cancel your internet subscription and go to a library, coffee shop or an office to do work)
  3. Take action (don't just dream and plan stuff, get shit done)
  4. Daily routines (you need to create good routines that will become good habits that will eventually make you successful. I would suggest a written down morning routine as well as an evening routine. Also speak to yourself about your goals daily and also repeat the same affirmations about the ideal you that you want to become, that will change your behavior and personality over time)
  5. Push out of your comfort zone (everything you already have is within your comfort zone, everything you still want is outside of your comfort zone)
  6. Stay healthy & stay social (exercise, eat healthy food, the road to success is lonely so stay social with other likeminded people who are already successful or people who also want to get there)
Also realize it is still going to take years or maybe decades to reach your goals.

well I appreciate your all kind words.

Thanks for writing me back :)

Success is 99% work, 1% inspiration. The 99% is where most people fail, because they expect it to be easy when it isn't. If it were easy, everyone would own their own company and would not work for others. Making it alone in this business is tough. So be prepared for those 99%.

I've heard that it is 10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 50% pain, and 100% reason to remember the name.

@Toro you hit the nail on the head. I've read a number of self-help books on the topic of success and achievement, and those points are recurring every one of them.

You should write clickbait articles, writing shitty titles you already mastered.

i understood what you wanted to say, but i am not ready to be the 99%, i've suffocated myself with the fragrance of success. and i am fucking gonna get my dreams .

still i thank you for spending your precious time on writing me back .

Lots of respect sir .

This sounds poetic.

But I'm not telling you to BE part of the 99%. I said 99% of our work was hard, I'm not talking about Occupy Wall Street.
