To all the dog lovers out there

Take some time to hug your dogs today. You dont know what you have until its gone.

Sounds to me like you have recently lost your furry friend. If so, I feel for you. They are family and their love is unconditional.

I am reading this as I'm walking my best friend, Pascal. He keeps me thoroughly focussed on what really matters in life.
But last year we lost his girlfriend Ada, so I feel your pain, buddy! Keep lovin!

i was hugging my doberman as much as i could, for 13 years.

now my cat suffers from that every day:smirk:

Happened to me too. :)

The dog just fell down one morning while running around my fathers car while he was going out for work. It was a really healthy dog, no one was expecting it.

Every morning they would wake up like together and he would just run around until my father leaves, then again, when he would hear car coming in, same story. He used to get in the car, jump on him and stuff. It was awesome watching it.

He was like happiest dog on the planet, i swear :)

Anyone ever owned a Shiba Inu? Considering getting one but they look like little crazy bastards

best advise would be: never get at all any furry bastard.
when they are ill or die it is really fucking heartbreaking.
i treat my cat's liver desease all this summer and it is not cool at all.

I currently have 9 dogs (incl. 5 new born pups)...got one as a gift from uncle and rest of them are adopted from streets. They are like my kids...I love them more than anything :-)

I still remember @proxygo posted an emotional thread about his dog back in 2011....sharing how BHW helped his dog live for 3 more years...this thread suddenly reminded me of that :)

I hug my staffie daily, we saved her from dog fighting when she was a pup. She's 5 now and a big softie

The loss is great no doubt but the life you lived while they lived is greater and you'll always have those really, really, really happy and fulfilling memories.
