    Is it better to have the keyword you are trying to rank with multiple times in the title ?

    for example:

    If im trying to rank with keyword "online watch"

    is it better to have title

    online watch

    or

    online watch | free online watch

    If I'm branding I generally include the brand name then a "|" or "-" break, then proceed with a small description.

    In your case however I generally applied the following tactic;

    Take four or five similar keywords that I'm trying to rank for, and place in each one with a break like so;

    keyword 1 | keyword 2 | keyword 3.

    This solutions works for you and is a good title. But I would not use your kw more than two times in your title.
