Using mobile app allows you to upload contact file to find friends. But since the application collects the device id , fb can easily identify that all your accounts are are accessed from the same device id, correct ?..

Create a hotspot from your phone and connect to it using your computer. Install a clean browser like Firefox Portable and use it only for that account. VPNs will not work, and if they do, the account will be flagged right off the bat. Better get some aged accounts if you want them to last longer.

I can not avoid using a VPN since in my country proxies will not work without a VPN. So in this case , connecting VPN in the mobile and then tethering won't work i think. I may have to tether from the mobile , use VPN in the computer and a proxy to connect through the VPN. What do you suggest ?

VPN will not work at all. The only other option would be to buy some aged accounts and then use a fresh proxy to connect to the account.

But proxies will not work without VPN in my country , that's the issue

The only way VPN, or any sort of proxy service for that matter, can work is if it is 100% dedicated to you. Shared VPN/proxies is the quickest way to get your account banned.

I decided to use dedicated proxies in my vpn, but I failed to find a proxy provider here whose proxies will work with vpn. So I bought a windows , but then again fb asked me for phone verification immediately after I created an account from the vps. Next step is to use a dedicated proxy in the VPS.

VPN is an absolute no go for Facebook. Just stick to residential IP's like your mobile 4G data plan.

Do not do fast activity in Facebook. This usually activates ai.
