Tips to avoid spam folder when sending bulk emails to clients.

Hi everyone,

I have a list of about 90 client emails. I’d like to send them all the same email at once (bulk email), just to let them know that I no longer have access to my old website and to share my new website link and WhatsApp number. What’s the best way to send bulk emails like this without ending up in the spam folder? Should I use a specific tool, or is it safe to just send them directly from Gmail/Outlook?

I wouldn’t send all 90 directly from Gmail/Outlook that almost guarantees spam flags. For a small list like that, something lightweight like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or even Gmass (if you want to stay inside Gmail) could work fine. They handle proper headers/unsub links so deliverability is higher. Also warming up the sending domain helps if you plan to email regularly.

I’ll only send them one message to inform them about my new website and WhatsApp number. Once they visit the website, they’ll see the chat icon or WhatsApp option. The goal is simply to let them know this is the new site, so they don’t try to contact us through the old one, which is no longer available.

Your ai model is to old, Send in blue renamed their service, ages ago!

Import your emails into a service such as mailchimp, or other (i use mailjet). Then create a campaign, and send. You shouldn't be sending bulk emails from an inbox in todays age, there are too many free services for upto 1k contacts.

Ah you’re right I forgot they rebranded to Brevo thanks for pointing that out. Mailjet’s a good shout too, hadn’t considered that. Appreciate the pointers!
 
Use any of these:

Mailchimp
Mailjet
Zoho CRM

I have tried all, they work just fine. For a 90 email list, I would go with the first option.
 
If you only have 90 emails I wouldn't use any email marketing tools.
If you only want to notify your clients about your new website and WhatsApp, write to each of your clients by hand, one by one, to ensure they receive the email.

Using an email marketing tool doesn't guarantee that the email will reach their inbox; in fact, many tools will end up in spam. You'll also need to warm up your sender, clean IP... to ensure they receive the email in the inbox.
 
You can also just rotate proxy (using a 4G rotation link) between each email sent. If you keep sending the same email using the same proxy; the emails will go to spam folder. Just rotate proxy between each email (and use spintax on the email to change the wording), that will help keep your email safe and in the inbox.
 
Best use an email marketing tool (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Brevo, etc.) to handle bulk sends, deliverability, and unsubscribes. Don’t send 90 at once via Gmail/Outlook—high risk of spam flag.
 
You can simply send with Gmail using some Macros, Dont need any marketing tools Serach for Gmail Mail Merge Macro, and you will find many
 
These days you most definitely need a reputable middle man for sending mass emails. But as a one-off thing to not a very large list, you may just be able to do it manually using Gmail, unless you like tinkering with automation scripts to space out the sending or setting up a mailing list service that you may not need again..

Since it’s only 90 contacts, you don’t need anything too advanced. The safest option is to use a proper email tool like Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), or ConvertKit — they’re designed to send bulk emails and keep deliverability high.
 
If it’s just a one-time task, maybe you don’t even need to bother with mailing services.

I’d probably just send it manually from Gmail. Ofc not one email to 90 addresses, but 90 separate emails, one per address.
Keep links and cliché words in the text to a minimum (zero). It’s also good to slightly vary the subject and content so Google sees them as different emails. For example, don’t use a single subject line for all; make 4-5 small variations.

Send +-20 a day, split between morning, day and evening.

Of course, it’s kind of a monkey job, but if you’ve never used email marketing services, this manual method might actually turn out simpler and faster.

Do it with warmed up gmail of yours, 5-10 emails a day will be fine in your case

if you dont use email list software, you could manually send emails to each contact within a few days
