Hey there fellow hats. I've been making poems for years now and I've only began recently looking into actually making money. Before it was just a passion/hobby but upon stumbling here and a few other places I have the idea to try and publish my poetry. It fits a niche and isn't just regular poetry. here's a small sample of what I have. (Guess I can't post that yet)
I know I could easily self-publish and manage all this myself but I am interested in someone with expertise in traffic generation and media promotion or website/graphic design or even just investing funds to utilize all these tools from a pool of individuals. How do I go about finding a legit partner?
What are some things I should ask them?
What credentials should I look for?
How do I distinguish the scammers from genuinely interested parties?
What else should I look for?
What should I keep in mind?
I imagine since I have the physical properties it would be hard for someone to really screw me, but I don't doubt people or their determination? I'm thinking ebook / website with blog / store on site to buy prints/original poems.
