Tips for starting New Legit Youtube Channel

Hi, I've been doing youtube pretty much legit, only buying quality views once in a while as well as likes/comments

Wondering if i open a brand new channel if its Ok to buy a little bit of views to get that 10k channel audit or if its not advised to do any of the above?

Also i have an account from 2011, or i can make a brand new channel, what would you chose?

Use a old channel as it has some authority being old over a new one (not too much but still)
Yeah you can use views to give a little push you wont have any problem
