Hello BHW Community,

I'm new to Facebook advertising and I'm looking to get into promoting Nutra products. I've done some basic research, but I could use some guidance from experienced members here. Specifically, I'm interested in learning about the following:
  1. Ad Creative Best Practices: What types of images and copy work best for Nutra products without violating Facebook’s ad policies?
  2. Targeting Tips: How should I go about setting up my target audience for Nutra ads? Are there specific demographics or interests that tend to perform better?
  3. Compliance: What are some common pitfalls to avoid in terms of Facebook’s advertising policies for Nutra products? I want to make sure my ads don't get flagged or my account banned.
  4. Scaling Campaigns: Once I find a winning ad, what are some effective strategies for scaling up my campaigns?
  5. Tracking and Optimization: What tools or techniques do you recommend for tracking performance and optimizing my ads for better ROI?
Thank you in advance for your help!

The right type of image you can read the facebook policy violations to avoid it. But I see that if you run Nutra, the image will be corrupted, you can only fix a few things to run it. If the image is simple, it will be difficult to attract customers.
3. Nutra products are policy violating products. It is very difficult for you to avoid those situations. You can only limit and fix content and images to avoid violations as much as possible.
4. you can set up multiple campaigns and track it. If any campaign has cheap results, increase your budget to get more customers. If a campaign is expensive, turn it off.
5. you can use pixels to see the results and optimize it

thank you. Should I use cloaking?

If you are not sure, just hire an agency to run for you and study how the ads were created including pixel/conversion setup.

1, Is your nutra business type weight loss or physiological, adult or all
2, For weight loss, you can use the main link to run, no need to cloaking, Physiological adult products, need to optimize the image
3, Nutra is one of Facebook's limited products, so it is inevitable that the campaign will be flagged or the account will be rejected.
Read the rules carefully, optimize images, use an account suitable for the product
4, You can add pixels to track metrics

If you are still new to the technique of running ads, you should hire another agency to run it. Because when your account dies, they will give you a new account. You don't need to spend too much money to buy it. And agents can optimize rate + run your link directly. There's no need to use cloaking if your image doesn't violate much

To advertise Nutral I have an advice for you, you should really choose healthy accounts and use cloaked links.

1, Is your Nutra business type weight loss or physiological, adult or all
2, For weight loss, you can use the main link to run, no need to cloak, Physiological adult products, need to optimize the image
3, Nutra is one of Facebook's limited products, so it is inevitable that the campaign will be flagged or the account will be rejected.

4, You can add pixels to track metrics
  1. I'm mainly focusing on weight loss products right now. It seems like these are generally more accepted on Facebook compared to adult or physiological products.
  2. That’s helpful to know! So, for weight loss ads, using the main link without cloaking is okay. For the physiological adult products, you mentioned optimizing the image. Do you have any specific tips or examples of what works best?
  3. I understand that Nutra products are tricky on Facebook. I’m ready for some campaigns to get flagged or accounts to get rejected. Do you have any strategies to minimize these issues? For example, are there specific phrases or images to avoid?
  4. I’m planning to add Facebook pixels to track performance. Are there any particular events or custom conversions you recommend setting up to get the best data for Nutra products?

it's easier for you if you start with an agency. they will do everything for you and you just need to run your ads ;)

Thank you in advance for your help!
1 Creative Advertising: Utilize bright and engaging images, typically showcasing the product or its users to create a positive impression.
2 Targeting Tips: Identify target audiences based on demographics such as age, gender, location, interests, and past purchase behaviors related to health and beauty.
3 Compliance: Always adhere to Facebook's advertising policies regarding Nutra products and restrict the use of sensitive language.
4 Campaign Expansion: When you find an effective ad, consider expanding the target audience or experimenting with different ad formats such as videos or dynamic ads.
5 Tracking and Optimization: Use Facebook's tracking tools like Facebook Pixel to monitor ad performance and analyze data for optimizing your advertising strategy.

What types of images and copy work best for Nutra products without violating Facebook’s ad policies?
We often use hidden images, seen through a mirror, without text on the image but as an eye-catching call to action in the headline of the ad
Other questions will be left for other members

The secret is to find strong advertising account providers

In addition to the above factors, a strong account is essential. Besides, cloaking technique can be used

I was going to share but it seems like everything is already here. Thank you for everyone's comments above.

When it comes to niches like Nutra, Casino, Adult and the like I recommend advertising via ad networks. (I actually prefer ad networks at all times but that's my opinion.) You'll get great results with less effort and if there is an issue, you can always chat with an account manager, which is a hussle if you're using social media platforms. And also, the best way to improve, is to read a lot and do a lot of tests.

Learn from the competitor, avoid getting banned, minimize every single risk that you can minimize. The most important tip is that you should find a good content first. And how you do that? I think you know.
