im pretty sure those 'paid views' are just a bot hitting your page for 2 seconds over and over. everytime the video starts its a view.

DO NOT buy these hits unless you are wanting to just drive up your count, but the counts are worthless as it goes for ranking.
 
I hate to say this but its so true. Make good quality videos that people want to see.
 
How much does 1k views cost? because I have a trick to get views and thinking of selling some ^^

make a video of yourself dancing im sure you'll get views plus news all over the world
 
You can also look at what other successful videos are doing and learn from that.
 
You can get good views if your video ranks well on your niche in the SERPS
 
Is tube thumper still around? Or is it gone with the wind now?
 
Titles, tags, & description are super important. Also a genuinely interesting video helps a bit too. Haha
