For AdSense verification, there isn't a set number of blog posts required, but generally, having a good amount of quality content can help.
Typically, at anywhere from 10 to 20/30 well-written posts of around 1,000-4,000 words each are recommended.
The key is that your content must comply with AdSense policies and provide value to your readers.
For each new website, you must get through verification.
Also, make sure you add pages for Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, About Us, Contact Us, etc...

I would also suggest not to defer or delay scripts by Adsense

Basically when you add adsense script to your website <head> and if you're using some sort of optimization it will defer or delay the script for better page speed.
You can google more about Defer/Delay JavaScript.

There is no strict number of publications for this, but as a rule of thumb, having 15-30 well-written articles can help. Ideally, each article should be at least 300-500 words long. Quality content that offers real value to readers is key.
Once you've approved AdSense on one domain, you can add it to multiple domains without needing separate approval for each one. Just make sure that all sites comply with the AdSense policy.
AdSense also seems to consider your site's age. For my sites, AdSense approval works best if the site is at least 5 months old. And I have more success if there are at least 100 posts on a site. You can still get approved with less, but the probability seems to be higher when you have a three-digit number of posts, at least from my experience.

Don't delay or defer any scripts from Google Adsense, that's it.

Hi! You must verify each of your domains independently, of course
Just think of a chaos that would be if one verified domain was enough to get dozens of others verified)

I have a blog on Blogger, that is a blog in my language, not English
I created it ~60 days, ~80k views
I have some pages indexed to Google search
each day, I create 2-3 posts
each post has 200-400views from direct, social, and google search
I have Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, About Us, Contact Us, etc...
I added Google Analytics
but Google AdSense still rejects my apply

Unfortunately, I can't help you with that one as I have never applied for AdSense with a free platform such as Blogger.
I think they have many strict rules when it comes to Blogger, as God knows how many people are still spamming very hard with Blogger.
Did they say anything, like, "reason" for rejecting you?

Just write original articles and add important pages like - Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Contact Us, etc.
From my experience, I feel like now-a-days AdSense approval is only luck based.
