TinyURL Batch Creator Script? (+minor features needed)

Looking for a TinyURL (dot c0m) service (or similar if I have to) with the ability to batch create links inside HTML and BBCode codes.

For example:

To:

There are some sites that are able to bulk create short links but fail to create links inside HTML and BBCode codes.

Any kind samaritans able to assist me?

I'm no programmer so any assistance would be much appreciated, thanks.

Lol, are you doing to do this manually? Do you think you can manage to do maybe 2,000 (minimum) a day?

Edit: Sorry, not interested in these silly "Redirecting in X seconds". This why I'm more inclined to stick with TinyURL
