You're shadow banned. Why? Can be a ton of different things.
Nope when i enter the number its doing that or i pick up 10 likes and shadow bans me.
Yeah but does it have solution?

probably you really ran out of matches 
( maybe you just exhausted all the options available to you) ! or as the others are saying you are shadow banned.! ok buddy on a serious note, there are possible reasons why you face a shadow ban... probably you continuously kept resetting account details or maybe tinder found your behavior to be inappropriate ( possible assumptions buddy). or there are other possible genuine reasons like you might live in a small town/city probably your swipe radius is small or maybe very less people are available to your age range!
