Time to flee Adscend? Help!

FaceBook is rapping Adscend in the bum with the attorney general. I'm thinking it's time to abandon Adscend because they'll probably have to give up all affiliate records, right? Then FaceBook will sue the rest of us because there a bunch of greedy millionaires.. The CNET article is the article I saw but there are probably more. Anyone know more details? What are you going to do?

I don't think facebook stands a case because the spamming was done by an affiliate not by adscend, only if they can proove adscend knew about it they can win.
