Time needed to rank new websites

You can't predict the timing when it comes to SEO, be patience and do your thing. Build quality backlinks and publish in depth content which helps user and optimize your website as well.

There is a site that is currently in second place with a one-month working period. Was it because of Google Dance or because of traffic work?
 
There are lot of factors that depends on website ranking.
But if you have low KD like you mentioned above, I guess 60-70 days is sufficient with proper content strategy and website optimizing.

Its due to low competition keyword and good seo work. Its always depends on competition and the keyword you choose.
 
If you want to result in website ranking so you must need to continue work on your website with high-quality efforts such as optimizing keywords, creating high-quality content, and building high-quality backlinks relevant to your website niche.
