Have you logged in to the account on a mobil device so far? Or only desktop? TikTok takes this matter seriously. I couldn't follow anyone on desktop and then as soon as I switched to mobile, I could. It's not the same issue totally, but root case might be the same.

It's likely a proxy issue. The browser version of tiktok gets a lot less views than the mobile version too

Forget about desktop browser, you should use mobile. You said TikTok is banned in your country so if I were you I would get this methods to promote my Saas:

Thank you a lot for mentioning me. Yes, people are using emulators, anti detect browsers, but it's not way with TikTok. Only physical phones
Anti detect browser have only one advantage - you can use "Promote" function better, actualy the browser version of TikTok is designed for people who are paying for views, there is no better thing on mobile for that feature.

Sounds like a shadowban could be your proxy, fingerprint, or too fast actions. Try slowing down and use better proxies.
