if the video uploads fine but just doesnt appear on your profile grid, its almost always one of two things. either its still in the under-review hold, which shows for you but stays hidden to everyone else until it clears (usually minutes, sometimes a few hours), or it got flagged and pulled from your profile while technically still existing. quickest test: open your profile from a logged-out browser or a friends phone. if they cant see the video but you can, its a visibility flag not a display bug. and if EVERY new upload does this, the problem is the account/device trust, not the individual clip.

If your video isn't showing up on your profile and is stuck at 0 views, it's a sign your account or device is being flagged for irregularities or is in shadowban status immediately after you upload the video.
If the video remains with 0 views and does not even show up on ur profile then I suggest u consider factors other than the warm up process itself. It might be a prblm with ur account or with the uploading process itself. Change one variable at a time so that u know exactly what is going wrong.
You can use the built in account check tool on tiktok to see if your videos are in violaiton or have any restrictions. But unless you are posting the same sort of content on all of the accounts it is more likely to be a shadowban on the accounts and not the content itself

Do you factory reset the phones when you have new phones? Could definitely be the video too

I'd also check if the account has any hidden restrictions in account status that can quietly affect distribution.

If the video isn't showing on your profile at all, that sounds different from a typical 0-view upload. I'd first check whether the upload completed successfully and look for any in-app notifications. If it happens with every video, it may be worth contacting TikTok support to have the account reviewed.

I would look at the upload itself too sometimes the issue is not the setup but the content format, timing or how the platform is processing the first posts.

Or perhaps the proxy has a very slow or unstable connection, causing the video upload to fail midway on the system.
