So I'm from India, I need to turn on the vpn to even log onto tiktok, since it's banned here. How do I use a simcard without getting vpn turned on. Wouldn't I get banned if I use a vpn? And if I use the sim card, do I need to stay on the vpn after adding the sim card?

Use a mobile data plan that is not blocked by the Indian government.
I looked this up before, but seems like it's fully banned everywhere.

Therein lies the problem. Targeting US citizens from India. I'm a US citizen living in Virginia and there's a constant barrage of foreign people always trying to target US citizens. A lot of social media platforms know this and put restrictions on this sort of behaior via their algorithms. Why don't you target your own citizens??
That's not an issue, but I'm trying out different audiences, since tiktok is banned in india i can't.
Don't use a VPN. It is better to use 4g mobile proxies.

All things considered, VPNs aren't the best other than basic use for TikTok. The safest bet to secure account use is 4G proxies on top of USA sims. Should be good proxies here on the Marketplace but for the USA sim, you'll have to ask around for reliable sellers.
