I see a type of content they often do, girls interview passersby with interesting questions, or go into stores and pay for random people. Any form of content that shows girls' faces and bodies (in a not too vulgar way) is fine.
I’d actually recommend focusing on Instagram Reels instead of TikTok. Right now, Reels are generating much more traffic and converting better to OnlyFans. The algorithm on IG seems to be more favorable for driving followers to other platforms, so it’s worth putting your efforts there for better results.

I uploaded to reel and only got 20 views, unlike tiktok where you can get 500 views on the same day. How long do I have to post reels continuously to get 500 views every day?

It's true. IG is much better than TikTok for driving traffic to models' OF.Lol
The only thing that seems to work on TikTok is if you can consistently make normal videos that get 100k+ likes with some subtle cues (eg: talking in the car with some cleavage out), and they click the IG link in your bio and then click the linktree, or find you elsewhere.
TikTok is a dead platform. The days where you could post some low-effort viral dance and get 10-100k views every single video are over.
