A factory reset solves all problems. I have all my farms built on this principle.

you created multiple accounts on one device right, if yes then it is inevitable that the account will be limited, try using hma or ipvanish to change the network ip to see if it is better

this is what worked for me
1- factory reset
2- vpn usa disonnects wifi whenever the vpn is offline so I have to be always in usa.
3- create account with us number not mail
4- now you are in the usa ,
5- just browse normally and don't upload before 3 days
