Tiktok limits account after creating.

Tiktok limits my account after creating. It means i can't follow, change profile picture and etc.

Here's how i create a new account:

1) UK sim card.
2) Factory reset my Android phone.
3) Set language and region to UK.
4) Create new google account.
5) Disable location, tracking and auto update.
6) Use UK proxy to download TikTok from Google Play.
7) Disable UK proxy and connect to mobile proxy using my iPhone's hotspot (not UK).
8) Use this new gmail to create TikTok account.

And still TikTok detects me and limits my account right after i create it. What i am doing wrong?

Have you tried to create the account from the browser and not in the app?

probably simpler to just save time and buy the accounts .
 
It looks like they have detected your local IP address after switching from the proxy. You should be connected to proxy while using your account otherwise they might flag your account. You must have received a notification from TT explaining the reason behind these limitations. You can also appeal the decision by following the instructions provided in the notification.
 
You probably created the account and started giving it very heavy use right away
 
It happened to me too. While I still can't follow anyone, I am able to perform all other actions via browser (like editing nickname and username and profile picture, etc.,)

What phone model do you use?
 
hotspot is an issue. TT can see this. Its unusual activity for a user to consistently use an account from a hotspot. Additionally, cheaper mobile proxies will have the same network fingerprint as a hotspot so you can't win with that either. Just pay the £10 a month for mobile data on the sim. The goal is to look and act as much like a normal user as you can

Inconsistent proxy settings may cause TikTok to detect unusual activity. For example, if you use a UK proxy when downloading an app, but use a non-UK IP when creating an account, this IP change may be considered suspicious behavior by TikTok.

I think you should contact Tiktok support separately to work on this issue
 
I had the same problem as you, however after setting up I had no activity for 7 days and all my restrictions were removed and my activity returned to normal.

Just letting you know factory reseting does not really do anything same HWID
