Tiktok Company Blue Checkmark Error

Hey,

I am looking to get help about something thats been super annoying for me.
On tiktok i always pass the VBA (Verified Business Aplication) Which give me the ability to apply to a blue checkmark verification.
The thing is that everytime i apply, theres 1 single error that keep getting my application rejected :

This is the error i get, and tbh i always indicate the good domain + link in the form & the vba so i don't understand ? Can someone help?

it seems tiktok can't verify the exact connection of your tiktok business account and the email you are providing. maybe because the text in your email doesnt match you company name on tiktok. make sure it does. for example, @plumber.newyork's email would look more like [email protected] across all public listings and this should be fine to get verified.
 
I’d tell you to reach out to their support, but from personal experience I can tell you that they’re useless, you’ll be getting min stop copy/paste responses if you ever even reach a human instead of their AI support.

Yeah their support is useless. I reached out to them via business dashboard and even there they told me to reach via email which gave a copy n paste responses over & over :(
 
Have you checked the documents again? They might be too old or faded, making it difficult for the system to recognize them and causing issues.
 
If VBA is already approved, I’d focus on the exact rejection reason rather than reapplying repeatedly.
What’s the specific error TikTok gives you? That detail could point directly to what needs fixing.

The same error i get is : "the official email of the account administrator provided is not of your organization's domain" Which is false, since in the VBA, its well applied that the domain is a certain one, and in the verification form, i always put a good email with the exact domain.

They are all good & freshly downloaded from the official gov website of my country.
 
I think tiktok rejected business verification because of generic email address . Need to create a official business email and link to the tiktok account email and resubmit the application again after 30 days cooldown ends.

Yeah thats what i am doing, the thing is that its still not working.
