Good day,
So I posted 1 video on tiktok (sort of slideshow made of 5 pictures, mp4 file), not nsfw. Created in Capcut, Suno music added.
Right after that my homepage became unaccessible showing an error
"Page not available
Sorry about that! Please try again later". This error stays for a few days already.
I used the feedback option to write about it to Tiktok but got no reply.
Any tips on the situation? Would like to know why exactly I could be banned, or how do such errors occur...
And, what can I do now? Any way to restore page, or contact Tiktok to get help?
Thanks!!!

Got it sorted by some browsers' cookies/cache cleared, tnx to Youtube :)
Strangely cannot find an option here to neiter edit my post, nor remove it
Would mods pls remove the post? It's solved...

If you’re under the required age and didn’t provide accurate information during account setup, this could lead to a ban.

your devices or IP is probably flagged
Yes I often get complaints from websites about my IP, even though it's one of major providers
Any way to bypass that?

Maybe you really it caused by your IP.

Possible
But, I don't mess with my IP, someone else probably does
Something I can do about this? I think I need VPN to change my IP, right? But I'd like to manage without VPN

Maybe "Using residential Proxy with Anti-detect Browser" will help you.

Perhaps you can look in your account's email for any communications from TikTok regarding potential violations.

Did you contact TikTok support to better understand the situation? From your message, I didn’t see any issue with your content.

Maybe your post have violated TikTok's community guidelines.
Using copyrighted music, videos, or images
Posting spammy or misleading content can trigger a ban

You can check your account status first and then contact TikTok customer service to understand the problem.

can you still log in to that tiktok account? if you can still log in, try logging in to that account on another device and check if it works, if it still doesn't work, contact tiktok support center

Thanks for replies everyone,

As I stated in my 2nd comment problem is solved (by clearing browser cache etc...) :)
I wanted to delete my topic but couldn't find a way how to, maybe it's not possible on this forum?

Anyway, I tried to contact Tiktok first, using their "feedback" form (the only way to contact I found).
They did not reply until now.
So maybe there is another way to contact them?
