Try to use business account, with company info, then you can put the link in bio

Maybe this is the issue why you have 0 views? Try another method and you will see the reason.
First, create account without links but with good content. It should be TikTok-friendly.
Second, grow your audience, involve them.
As conclusion, share your link with your followers like a suggestion, not the advertising.

Your setup is incorrect and leaking fingerprints.
For site's like TikTok, Android or iOS will always be better than browser based.
The proxies you are using could be bad as well. Yes they might be mobile proxies, but if they have a very small IP pool and they have other customers doing TikTok, it's possible the IP's you are getting have already been flagged by TikTok.
Just keep experimenting. Nobody will tell you their full setup.

What reasons do you have to do this? It's not for people who want low numbers.
Also, if you want numbers, you just build another TikTok and get 5m users that give you full access to their devices.
If you get 10k+ people on the platform and create a proper system to spread it, it's snowballing.
YouTube is 2nd largest and still easiest platform on the internet.

You can run YouTube on desktop, via devtools browser API that can be hidden using anty-dolpin and using IPv6 - 7 cents / piece from random providers. If you buy a whole block, you get 100k addresses from Amazon. I posted an arbitrary number, but the idea is it's really cheap.
