I've never had this problem, my accounts have always worked.

At the moment when I create a new account (Europe), I'm blocked at 0 views on the first 3 videos, it's impossible to get a view, whatever the video, I've created I don't know how many accounts, but on my other large accounts I have no problem getting views with the same videos.

I've already tried changing my ios phone, reinstalling tiktok, and it's the same thing.

There a lot that could be causing it. From your setup (phone, account, and all), content, your IPs, etc. Gonna have to identify where the points of failure or failures might be.
 
It's unusual for new TikTok accounts in Europe to be consistently stuck at 0 views on the first three videos, especially if you're successfully growing other accounts with the same content. It might be that your account is under review for a short period to assess its content and potential risk of violating their policies and it can be because of technical glitches. You might really have to wait for account review or check for technical glitches.
 
TikTok is playing the same game as Google. They just won't let index / promote your shit unless they're sure they can benefit from you in some way.

This platform isn't worth the hassle unless you can keep a few big accounts.

Do you use any means of disguise, or do you have multiple accounts from the same IP?

How many accounts do you use per proxy?
 
You are probably shadowbanned. Try to change your steup, e.g. another phone, switching from mobile data to wifi, etc.
